Veggie/Vegan Flatmate in Manchester City Centre

Looking for a veggie/vegan flatmate to share the canalside City Centre flat I rent (I am vegan myself)🌱

Right next to St Peter’s Square tram stops and Oxford Road and Deansgate stations.

Single unfurnished bedroom, own bathroom, balcony. Parking available at an extra cost - we currently rent an extra parking space in the building. Total cost including bills is around £740 (+£65 for the parking space if needed).

Looking for a respectful, friendly flatmate who I can build a friendship with whilst still respecting each other’s privacy. I keep the flat very clean and other than the spare room, the rest of the flat is furnished already. I don’t smoke inside the flat but I do smoke on the balcony (just in case that’s an issue!).

A bit about me: I work most evenings, love a good wholesome day out going for a walk or going to a national trust but also enjoy a bev! I am a plant parent (somewhat unsuccessfully) so if you can help me look after my plants - even better!
