Large double room in a luxury mill conversion apartment available from May, living with professional near Piccadilly train station in M1.

The apartment is fully furnished and although not technically an en suite (as that is in my room) the main bathroom would be yours.

Bills (TV licence, broadband, council tax electricity and water) are approx. £250 each person, per month.

There is a utility room in the apartment with separate washer and dryer, concierge service is available 24/7 in the building and there’s a shared garden with BBQs and fire pits that we’re able to use all year round.

I’m really only interested in living with another woman, close to my age who is also a professional for a minimum of 6 months. Please see ‘suitable for’ section for more information.

I also have a cavapoo so you must be ok living with a dog! 🐶
