Large double room available from 11th May in converted mill, living with professional near Piccadilly / New Islington.
I’m only interested in living with another woman, close to my age who is not a student / working nights for a minimum of 6 months. I do not want to live with a couple. Please see ‘suitable for’ section for more information.
Fully furnished and although not technically an en suite (as that is in my room) the main bathroom would be yours.
Bills (TV licence, broadband, council tax electricity and water) are approx. £250 each person, per month.
There is a utility room with separate washer and dryer, concierge service is available in the building and there’s a shared garden with fire pits and bbqs.
I don’t smoke and you’re unable to smoke in the building but I don’t mind living with a smoker.
I also have a cavapoo so you must be ok living with a dog! 🐶
If you fit within my preferences and would like to arrange a viewing, get in touch!
I’m time poor so please don’t be offended if you don’t fit my preferences and I don’t reply.
