Room comes furnished with double bed with storage space underneath for cases etc, chair, tv, open wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror, shoe storage unit and a Juliette balcony. Bills and council tax included. Shared bathroom with large shower, south-facing terrace area, shared living room and kitchen/dining area. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave.

Located 5mins from Arndale Aldi and 10mins from Ancoats Aldi. Also a handful of Co ops and Tesco Express within a few minutes’ walk.

Transport wise, Shudehill tram stop is 2mins walk next to the Shudehill bus interchange, Victoria train station 5mins, Piccadilly station 10-15mins walk.

A bit about me: Quite an easy, breezy person overall. Accurate Libra. Work in digital marketing and like socialising outside of work. I’ll often either be at friends’ places and sometimes have them popping around in the evenings for a chat and a cuppa. Love social gatherings, fashion stuff, politics, fantasy books/games/films, Schitt’s Creek, Ab Fab etc.
I like going out on weekends or doing walks and day trips to places around Manchester.

Flat rules: no smoking inside the flat. Turn lights and electric appliances off when you leave. Be respectful of furniture and belongings. Keep noise minimal by 23:00 Sunday-Thursday.
