NQ Double Room & Bathroom (Short Term Considered)

Hey there!

I’m looking to rent out a double room in a newly renovated modern flat on the Northern Quarter / Ancoats border. I’m open to the idea of short term let’s up to 6 months with no minimum term either - happy to do monthly rolling!

I own the flat and have a bedroom there but spend 95% of my time living at my partners, and would only really be in the flat maybe 1 or 2 nights a month, or pop in for a couple hours each week. It would very much be your own place most of the time.

A bit about me… I’m a professional that works remotely most of the time and occasionally travels to London for work too. I’m a keen music lover, try and keep fit, like to think I can cook and enjoy being sociable when I have the time. Have a good group of mates in the city too.

A bit about the flat… it’s a 2 bed apartment in NQ that I have recently finished renovating. I have the big room with en-suite, and you have the small room with your own bathroom (I never use it). It’s got a new kitchen and comfy living area, along with a nice balcony. The room comes furnished with bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table - as well as a TV on the wall with connected fire stick. There is also a ladder desk & chair in the room so you’re able to WFH there or in the living room at the desk. There’s also a large balcony with garden furniture that gets the sun all day!

The arrangement I’m looking for is someone who needs a room for a short term period up to 6 months maybe but I’m flexible on that. The flat will be as much yours as it is mine (when I’m actually there, which isn’t that much!) and I’m a fairly relaxed guy so not your annoying landlord!
