About the Apartment:
We are in a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment facing the north of Manchester. The apartment is furnished with an Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, and a Washer / Dryer (all Samsung). You will have the larger of the 2 rooms, with the ensuite, which comes with a built in wardrobe, king sized bed with lift up storage, 2x bedside cabinets.
About Us:
I live with my fiancée and my 2 cats. I work as a developer, both in office and from home on the weekdays. My fiancée is completing her Masters online so is studying from home. Our 2 cats, Hunter (nicknamed Snaggle) and Magic (nicknamed Squinty), love attention when they aren't sleeping 16 hours a day. We are both introverted people so we tend to keep to ourselves and don't go out drinking etc.

Rent: £875 per calendar month (Paid 1st)
Council Tax: £138 (Paid 8th)
Electricity: est. £80 (Paid 18th)(This value is total before any split. This will be split by number of people in the apartment)
Internet: £10 (1GB Wi-Fi)
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone (or couple) who isn't allergic to cats, is clean and polite, and preferably wont be stumbling home at 4am wasted.
We can't do viewings at the moment as the flatmate wont be moving out at the end of April. I am more than happy to provide a video tour of the building, shared space along with any extra information and photos you may need. We would preferably like to meet any potential flatmates for a coffee to get to know one another.
You will be signing a new 12 month tenancy with myself through the leasing team so will need to pass credit checks + referencing. When we moved in, this took less than a week. For couples, we will sign a "Permitted Occupier" form which means that they are allowed to live in the apartment but do not need to pass credit and referencing checks.
