Im looking for a flatmate to move in in 6th June. My current flatmate is moving out at the end of May. I am a working professional and Im easy going and love to explore the city. I prefer female working professionals who is tidy and friendly.
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat. You will have the main bathroom and the second bedroom. I have been living here for almost a year now and I absolutely love it- walking distance to city centre, quite neighbourhood, good building quality.
Please note that the room is unfurnished. You will probably need a trip to Ikea. :) The agency hasn’t give a specific rent from June now but they estimate it to be from £1200-£1350, so £600-675 per month.
