Hello! I have a double room available in my super modern apartment and I think we could really get along! I'm looking for someone friendly and clean to join me in this fantastic place.

Here's what's great about it:

We have a 24/7 concierge available for any needs and to take care of your parcel, or just help.
If you work from home, there's a dedicated space in the lounge where you can focus or take a break to chat.
In the lounge, there's a coffee machine open to everyone.
GYM On-SITE: If you enjoy working out, we have a gym right here in the building.
GARDEN: If you prefer nature, there's also a beautiful garden where you can relax.
YOGA, NETWORK: Yoga classes and other activities are organized weekly, as well as periodic events open to tenants.
Rent is £630 per month for the room, plus about £150 per month for all other additional expenses (depending on usage).

The apartment is in excellent condition, although it may be slightly different from the photos.

The rental contract expires in June, but if we get along well, we can renew it!

As for me, I've been living in this apartment for 3 years now, and I've always enjoyed it. I work in exports and often work from home, though it varies depending on the periods. Sometimes I'm away for weeks or just a few days. When I'm working, I spend most of my day in the lounge. I enjoy socializing, but I also value having my own space. I'm someone who places a lot of importance on cleanliness and takes good care of the place.
