Located in Manchester City Centre so very close walking distance to university campuses such as MMU and UOM, ideal walking distance for shopping, eating out, and nightlife! The bedroom is a large with a 3/4 double sized bed, very big desk and wardrobe, also shelves and pinboards for your personal items. The flat is shared by three other girls with a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. MSV building has lots of amenities such as a free gym, tv area, outdoor seating area, pool table, an underground car park, laundrette etc., it is also right next to The Courtyard. There are two elevators on the higher ground floor and one on ground level for easy access.
Takeover needed as soon as possible (female only) as I am not returning to university in September and need to find a replacement tenant, the contract start date is Saturday 7th September 2024, end date is Saturday 12th July 2025. The payment is in three instalments, Sep 2024, Jan 2025, and April 2025. A UK based guarantor will be needed also!
