Room available in lovely duplex flat!

I have a double bedroom becoming available in May in our lovely duplex flat (but to be honest it’s more like a little house!)
This is because sadly my amazing flatmate is moving home to save some money to travel.

The room available is a medium sized double bedroom at the front of the flat on the ground floor. It’s furnished and comes with all the usual furniture.
There is a shared bathroom also on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a spacious living, kitchen area with high ceilings and windows both sides with a Juliette balcony and a bigger balcony (pictured). Honestly one of the best things about this flat is in summer we can open both windows and have all the sun coming through :)

This is an absolutely fab location in between deansgate and castlefield with the pretty canal and lots of bars, pubs, shops and coffee shops right on your doorstep and I love living round here.

I met my previous flatmate on spare room and we’ve lived here 2 years and she is now my best friend so I’m looking for someone I can be mates with.
I’m Jess, I’m 30 and work for the nhs. I’m out for work 5 days a week with the occasional wfh day.
I’m pretty chilled out and I’m looking for someone who I can be friends with and go for pub trips, listen to music, cook dinner, but also have time by ourselves. I have friends round sometimes and occasionally go out but it’s not a party flat. At the moment we’re clean but also know that when you leave a few dishes in the sink cause you’re too busy it’s not a big deal.

I’m currently not sure if you can have pets here but can ask the landlord if needed. I love doggos.
