I'm a young professional looking for someone to take over the tenancy in the second room of this lovely flat!
It's a 2-bed flat in the city center, a 10-minute walk to Victoria station and about 20 minutes to Picadilly station. There's a gym and lounge too. A somewhat "beautiful" park is also in front of the building.
About me, I'm very friendly and outgoing, I don't take myself too seriously and that makes me easy to get along with (At least, that's what people say haha). When I'm not working I could be at the gym, sleeping (my favorite hobby), or out about gallivanting. I work as a software engineer, so I work from home mostly and go into the office once or twice a week.
My ideal flatmate would be someone I can get along with and become good friends with, I don't want just a flatmate but a friend to live and hang out with.
I'm big on cleanliness, especially in the communal areas, as I'm tidy myself.
Rent is 715, bills are around 200-300! 950 a month should cover everything
Please note I have friends who smoke and have them around occasionally.
If this sounds like a flat for you drop me a message
