Unfurnished En-suite room in Ancoats

I’m moving out of a beautiful en suite room in a 3rd floor flat overlooking Ancoats square on June 1st and looking for someone to replace me.

The building has an on-site gym, concierge and club room, as well as an outdoor courtyard. It’s super close to lots of bars and restaurants on the square and on Islington Marina, such as Rudy’s, 7 brothers, Edinburgh castle and Pollen bakery. There’s also an Aldi and Coop nearby.

Details on the flat:

Rent will be £686.5 per month, bills (council tax, electricity, water, and fibre wifi) come to around £170 with the prospect of being cheaper as it gets close to the summer.

The room comes unfurnished, so you’re welcome to bring your own furniture. Alternatively there’s a very affordable second hand furniture shop a couple of streets down and an active building facebook page.

My flatmate Rithu works in research and usually works from home. She’d like to live with someone who’s friendly and respectful of each others space. She’d also strongly prefer to live with a female professional.
