1 large double bed room in 2 bed maisonette flat

Hello I'm Robin, 27 year old guy looking for fairly laid back but socialable house mate.

Bit about the room and flat, it's a really nice maisonette flat in Spring Gardens, decent sized living room/kitchen combo, good entrance hallway with plenty of storage space and upstairs bathroom. Downstairs is the room for let, big spacious double bed room with bed, wardrobe, side tables and a "stage" area mezzanine and ensuite bathroom. It's quirky an interesting so if that's your thing come take a look.

Bit about me, I'm an average guy in every respect, really don't take myself too seriously and love a good laugh. I like socialising and going out, also very happy keeping to myself and staying in either watching tv shows/youtube/films or gaming. Keen on music and pretty happy with anything (just not anyone with a 'Lil' in their name god please there's too many). I've got a few plants and somewhat into botany / environmentalism but I'm not a hard arse about it. I like to keep the place relatively clean and tidy but again, not painfully pedantic about it. I work in the city centre but often work from home.

Bit about you? I'd like to live with someone similar minded, up for doing stuff together but happy to do our own things. Maybe nights at pubs/bars/gigs, maybe go for a hike, maybe do nothing at all.
