There is no council tax payable - it is a student accommodation

- The room is spacious because it's an accessible studio, with more storage space, and a spacious walkway. There are two big windows so it's well-ventilated.

- The room is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, hoover, mop, iron and iron stand. (fully furnished)

- The flat is fully equipped: the 1st floor contains a laundry room, a study area and a common recreation area (with billiards, cinema and KTV), the study area also has a private room; there is another study area on the top floor, which is very nice in good weather and has a great view.

- There is a reception desk for courier delivery, so you don't have to worry about losing your courier.

- Location: 2 minutes to Oxford Rd train station. Close to supermarkets like Oseyo, Spar, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury as well as fast food stores like McDonald's, KFC and so on nearby.
Spar and Oseyo are right underneath the building, and the rest of them are no more than a 5-minute walk.

- Schools
5 mins walk to MMU, 8-10 mins walk to UoM Engineering building and AMBS, 15 mins walk to Aglc and main campus. The furthest Stopford building on UoM South Campus is only a 19-minute walk.

- From the city center
13 minutes to Chinatown, 21 minutes walk to Arndale, and if you don't want to walk, there is a bus stop right underneath the flats, which takes you directly to the city center.
