Room in Northern Quarter available for summer

I will be letting my room in Northern Quarter for a two-month period from mid-July until mid-September. I would prefer to sublet it for two months, but I am also willing to rent it for one month only.

The house is located in Northern Quarter, in a very central area full of clubs, bars, restaurants, and cafés. As far as supermarkets are concerned, there is a small market 30 meters away, and Morrison's and Aldi are about a 5-minute walk away. Piccadilly Gardens is about a 10-minute walk away.

The house is very nice, there is a large well-stocked kitchen, and a very large and spacious living and dining room. There is only one bathroom shared between the three tenants. There are currently three people living in the house (including me). So the house will be shared with 2 other people. The current tenants are very quiet, clean and respectful people. We have never had any problems so far.

I am available to show the house, but only for people who are really interested.
