I am looking for someone to take over my contract on this spacious double with en-suite and secure underground parking space.

This two-bed apartment has a quality fitted kitchen, large front room and balcony overlooking Green Quarter’s landscaped communal green space.

The bedroom includes a full-height window, modern en-suite and separate dressing area. You will have exclusive use of the underground parking space.

I am moving out of town and looking for someone to take over the remaining 4 months on my contract, from 15th July to 14th November 2024. The existing flatmate is looking to stay beyond this date, so there is opportunity for you to extend the contract with them.
