2 bed apartment, city centre, south facing balcony

Hi, I am a 23-year-old nurse, currently studying to be a health coach. I am looking for someone who is a similar age and similar interests to me.
Features of apartment:
- Two bed one larger bedroom with an en-suite and one smaller bedroom (I am open to discussing which room we have but possibly alter how much is paid for the bigger room) - Bathtub in the main bathroom.
- Open kitchen and living area
-Large balcony, south-facing on the 16th floor with a beautiful view
- The sun enters through the bedroom windows in the morning and then reaches the balcony for about 10:30 - 15:00 and then goes behind the building
- Large co-working area downstairs
- Gym in apartment included
- Cinema room
- Events room with a kitchen that can be booked
- Games room

My lifestyle:
- Healthy eating and cooking
- Exercise (gym, yoga, etc)
- Nature, hiking
- Self-development - reading, podcasts, applying these to my life
- Mindfulness, meditating, mono-tasking
- I like to try and have good structure and routine, sleep early and wake early
- I love animals so if you have a pet that would be lovely!
- I don't go out much

Non-negotiables:
- TIdy and clean space - this is extremely important to me, I don't like to have clutter so everything ideally would have it's þlace
- Limiting toxins in my environment so I use non-toxic cleaning products and also avoid lighting candles unless they are non-toxic
- Good communciation, just to avoid unecessary conflict and keep a peaceful life :)

I don't mind if you like to go out and drink, I would just prefer not to have lots of people round, and not be woken in the night.

I am kind and caring, never rude. I keep myself busy and productive. I am happy to share cooking responsibility if you also like to eat healthy. I hope to find someone that we can help eachother to live better and stay healthy! I think it's really important to be around those on a similar path so I would love to find someone like this, however I am open-minded.

I am open to short-term tenancies ending mid-late september as I have someone who could move in then.
