Luxury City Centre Room with Balcony

I’m 25, originally from London moving to Manchester for work. I’m looking for someone a similar age and with similar interests to move into this stunning 2 bed room apartment at the end of May/ beginning of June.

The apartment is fully furnished and has a large balcony overlooking Manchester. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and you will have the main bigger bathroom with a bath.

The apartment is brand new and right next to Victoria station. There are lots of amenities, which are all free to use, including:
o Fully equipped Gym
o Cinema room
o Games room
o Co working space
o Private dining room

The Apartment is called New Vic

Rent will be £813 per Month.
I will be paying £50 more as I will have the room with the en-suite.
Altogether the Rent is £1675.
WiFi is included in the rent. The rest of the bills will be approx. £150-200 a month

Female roommate is preferred.

I work in sports broadcasting so will be expecting to work some weekends. I will be in the office more than I will work from home, especially at the start (Thursdays and Fridays are mandatory).

•I love going to the gym and running. I tend to do this either in the mornings or evenings.
• I do love going for a drink, trying new restaurants, I’m a big foodie😍. As I’m new to the city I’m excited to see what is on offer.

I’m clean, tidy and will respect your space and I hope to find someone who is the same.

The only thing is I’m still currently in London so it might be difficult for me to do the viewings but the agency are super nice and can show you around. I’m happy to have a FaceTime call or if times work I can come up to Manchester to meet you, but we need to know you are serious.
