Lovely en-suite double room in Green Quarter

Hi I’m Emily, and I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into our lovely green quarter flat ☺️

My current flatmate is moving out and the end of our tenancy (29th June), so I’m looking for someone to take over her room. The room is fully furnished, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (see pictures).

Green quarter is super close to town - a 10 minute walk from Victoria station and a 15 minute walk from Northern Quarter. There’s a co-op in the building complex too which is super handy! The building has a secure underground car park, but unfortunately we only have one car park space with the flat which I am using. Sometimes other people rent out their spaces so it might be possible to find another space if needed!

A bit about me - I’m a 25 year old PhD student about to enter my final year. I work in the office/lab every day and have pretty chill evenings after work, cooking and going for a swim/run/climb. Would be lovely to find someone who can be a friend as well as flatmate, but am very respectful of people wanting their own space too!

The flat is in council tax band D. As I’m a student I can get a 25% exemption and am happy to pay another 10% myself, so would ideally be looking for someone who’s happy to pay the remaining 65% (if they’re not another student!).
