Room available in incredible New Vic building

I'm sadly having to leave this amazing flat and housemates to move away.

THE FLAT:
The room and flat is fully furnished with a king bed, built-in wardrobe and can sell you the storage I have bought too.
The flat itself is on the 18th floor with a huge balcony and incredible views of the city. The girls have done the flat up so nicely with plants and bookshelves to give it a homely feel. The bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.

THE BUILDING:
The building is just incredible! There is a cinema room, event space, full gym, games room, dining room for dinner parties, coworking space and lots of lounge areas for chilling/catching up with friends. Theres a patio area with putside seating which is a great suntrap on a nice day. The building put on events, including twice weekly yoga classes and resident quiz nights. Honestly the best place to live, very homely for city centre and really safe with 24hr concierge.

THE FLATMATES:
Lily and Sydney my current housemates are amazing! So kind, friendly and welcoming! They love to chill and watch a good dating/reality show, as well as go for a meal and drinks etc on the weekend. Syd has a sphinx cat named Pickle who is adorable and a little crazy (in a good way). The girls are after someone like minded, sociable and easy going.

RENT DEETS:
The rent is £740 with bills coming to approx £110 per month. Rent is lowest in the flat as the room is smallest. It would be a tenancy takeover ending in March 2025
