Ensuite Room in the City Center to Rent Out

I’m renting my room out for a month because I’m going home for the summer holiday. This flat is a 2-bed apartment. It’s in the city centre M1, very good location. Only 5 min walk from Piccadilly station and Piccadilly garden. The room has a king bed, a chair, a desk, a large wardrobe and a big bathroom. The flat also has a big kitchen and living room: washing machine, microwave, dish washer and oven available to use.

You are gonna share this flat with a girl who’s a master student in University of Manchester. She’s super nice and friendly. However, this period is final month so she prefers we could find someone who is nice, friendly and not too loud.

The rent is £185 per week for one person, £200 per week for a couple, bills included. If you wanna cover the whole month, I’d love to give you a discount.
