Hello!
I’m Sam (he/him) and I’m in need of a flatmate from the 1st of July! I’m a barista and a creative, I make music and have a film photography hobby. I’m considerate of others in the flat so I often time any singing or keyboard playing for when my flatmate is out. 🍃 friendly & LGBTQ+ household 🏳️⚧️ 🏳️🌈
A cat lover is required as I have two rescue cats in the flat. They aren’t typical house cats and won’t bother you in the slightest, but I need someone who understands cats need their space.
Bills come to around £170 so the room would be a total of £695pm with a 6 month minimum contract.
Looking for someone friendly and that I can get on with well and have the occasional hang out in the living room and have a chat!
I like my solo time but I would like someone who wants to interact with who they live with.
