Hey! I'm Sophie and we're looking for third housemate to take a bedroom in our lovely townhouse
Our current flatmate is moving to the USA for work and will be moving out by July 15th.
We are two young professionals who work mon- fri. We are laid back and friendly.
Sophie: 27 year old, working full time in tech recruitment. Very much into CrossFit/ Olympic lifting.
Jack: 33 years old, working as Personal Trainer & CrossFit Coach.
The house came unfurnished and we have furnished all communal areas of the house but please note you would need to bring bedroom furniture with you.
The room available is the only bedroom on that floor so you have the whole floor to yourself which includes bedroom, bathroom and storage cupboard in the hallway!
The kitchen and living area is on the middle floor and the other 2 bedrooms are on the top floor.
We live in a three story townhouse just off chapel street. The house is on a quiet road, we have great neighbours and secure gated and covered parking.
