My flat mate is moving out, so I now need a new tenant to fill the empty room! 😊

Its Spacious double room in Manchester City Centre situated a 2 minute walk from Piccadilly station on the edge of the Northern Quarter.

The rooms comes with a bed 2 nightstands and a large wardrobe. My bedroom has an ensuite so you will have the main bathroom all to yourself.

Option to pay for parking (this can be discussed with the letting agents). Bills including council tax water electric come to around £200.

I am a commercial consultant that works in the city centre which is ideal for me as I have a very quick commute. I’m chilled out during the week mostly just go to the gym, swimming or climbing and like to socialise at the weekend. I also go on business trips every so often so you'll get the flat to yourself for a week or two every now and then.
