I am moving home termporarily to look after a family member. I would like to sublet my room in a 2 bed flat in the meantime. It's a Salford postcode but only a 5/10 minute walk from Zara on Market Street so I have classed it as town.
I'm happy to be flexible with the move in & move out dates!
Bills are approx £250 every month as Council Tax band is D, but this is included in the £865.
My flat mate has an ensuite so you'll have a large bathroom that you can use just for yourself!
The girl you'll be living with is so lovely and really sociable, so ideally we're looking for a young professional femals that would like to be friends with her as well!
