Flatmate Wanted – Available from May 8th

Hello! I'm looking for a replacement for my flatmate in a lovely 12th floor apartment in Green Quarter. The flat has two bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living room. You’ll have your own private bathroom.

There’s also a balcony where you can relax and enjoy some sun when the weather is nice. The kitchen is a good size for cooking, and the living room is great for hanging out.

The flat comes with a parking spot, but I don’t have a car, so you’re welcome to use it. If you don’t need it, we could consider renting it out to help cover some of the bills.

The flat is located in Green Quarter, a quiet and safe residential area. It’s an 8 minute walk to Victoria Station and 10 minutes to Arndale. There's a co-op just 3 minutes away, and Northern Quarter is a 15 minute walk. It’s a super convenient location close to everything.

A little about me - I’m Yeseul, a software engineer. I’m easygoing, chilled and pretty clean (not overly picky, just respectful of shared spaces). I go bouldering 2-3 times a week and also love hiking and walking everywhere.

Our landlord is incredibly considerate. He’s thoughtful, gives us our space and is quick to take care of anything that comes up.

I’d love to live with someone I can be friends with, rather than just someone who lives together, while still respecting each other's personal space. It would be great to go for brunch together, have a girls’ night out, or take a walk when the weather is nice! :D
