Hey, I’m Magda ! I'm looking for a friendly female house mate for our all female house to take over my flatmates tenancy from the 30 of April.

It's a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, situated just by Salford Central station, 10 mins walk from Exchange square. 2 mins walk from an express Tesco & 8 mins to Pure Gym.
It's a great location to live in town. The building has 24 hour security and a concierge.

The room available is comfortable and comes with a double bed with storage drawers, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table. There is a separate bathroom with a shower/bath which will be yours only.

I am a 32 y/o working professional and work in the office Monday- Friday . I am looking for a like minded person, who is friendly, very clean and organised , tidy and respectful of the space with a similar working pattern ideally.
The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery, etc).

I am hoping to find someone who is a friend and not just a flatmate ! 🥰

The contract requires a salary 2.5 x higher than annual rent It is very quiet here even though we are very central. There are also parking spaces available nearby for an extra monthly fee .

Approximately 4 weeks rent deposit to pay.

Monthly costs are included below:
Rent £660 each
Wifi £20 each
Electricity around £80 each, depending on the time of year
Water: Roughly £20 - £40 each per month
Council tax £101 each

About myself, I have lived in this flat for a
little while and I really love it, it’s really peaceful and like my little sanctuary so it’s important for me to live with someone who would feel the same. I enjoy going out for dinner and drinks, cinema, and also go for a run sometimes. I also do like going on the odd night out but don’t I don’t use the flat as a party place and I would like my new flat mate to do the same.
