Flatmate needed- Double bedroom with en-suite

Hi, I’m looking for somone to replace my current flatmate. The tenancy doesn’t start until 21st May, but the contract needs to be signed within the next few weeks.

I’m a 32 year old fashion buyer. I am very friendly, tidy and respectful and looking for the same. I’m a sociable guy who loves going out, but also love chilling just as much. Hoping the person coming in could be a great friend as-well as a flatmate :)

City center apartment in the Greengate area, right in the middle of town, next to Victoria train station. The flat itself is on the 11th floor with 2 bedrooms, a shared living room/kitchen with a large wrap around balcony with a lovely view of Manchester. It has all the appliances needed including, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave etc.

Bills tend to be around £150 each per month
