Room available in the New Vic

I am looking at extending the current tenancy agreement that I have at this flat, as my current flatmate is moving out I am looking for someone else to join the tenancy.

The flat is located in an ideal location in Manchester City centre right next to Victoria train station, and a couple of minutes walk away from the northern quarter as well as the Arndale shopping centre.

As one of the rooms has an en-suite, the advertised room has its own bathroom. The flat has everything you need in the kitchen, a washer dryer, and large sliding doors that open to the balcony that looks out on Manchester and gets the sun all day.

The apartment building has a gym with lots of equipment, a games room, cinema room and dining room. As well as areas to work if wfh.

I’m a graduate process engineer working 5 days a week, during the week I tend to go to the gym or play some sort of sport after work (usually padel, tennis, or football) and on the weekend I enjoy going for a drink or going out for the day somewhere. I’m looking for someone with similar interests who is social and up for going to the pub, and is also respectful of the flat and each other.
