The accommodation is one of the closest university accommodations to the manchester city centre and is in very close proximity to everything.

- 12 minute walk from Manchester Metropolitan/ University of Manchester campuses 
- 5 minute walk from UCFB 
- 5 minute walk from central Manchester/ Piccadilly Gardens
- 10 minute walk from Manchester Arndale shopping centre, with access to lots of shops and restaurants in the area!
