The flat is a spacious 2-bed in an excellent location, with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Deansgate tram stop is also just a 5 minute walk away.
The room has a double bed with plenty of storage space. It's fully furnished including a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. You would also have your own bathroom including a bath and shower.
The rent is £700 a month and bills are normally around £190. Council tax is Band D.
I'm a professional working for a firm in the city centre. I like to socialise so am ideally looking for someone who would be up for going for a couple of drinks. However, I equally love a night in and am respectful of personal space.
Also a bonus if you can come with some good Netflix recommendations.
