Room to rent in flat

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one has just moved to Australia. Looking for someone to take over ASAP until the contract ends at the start of June. I’ve lived in the flat for over two years and absolutely love it.
I’m a 26-year-old doctor working shift patterns. Preferably looking for someone who doesn’t work from home. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, long walks, and going out for meals and drinks and spending time with my boyfriend.

Because of my shift work, I’d ideally prefer someone who isn’t mainly working from home. I’m looking for a considerate, friendly, and easygoing person who’ll treat the flat like a home.
The room has an en-suite, is fully furnished. There is a spacious living room- kitchen. Access to a gym and resident lounge is included in rent. There is a car park approximately 5 minute walk away that a permit costs approximately £50 a month if required.
