My flatmate is sadly moving out and I am urgently looking for someone to move in with me, the flat is available now.

The flat is quiet and central, in Ancoats, really close to Arndale, and about 10 minutes from Victoria Station. There’s a Tesco Express across the street. There is a resident’s lounge with 2 rooftop terraces, communal garden, small fitness studio, 24/7 concierge and small co-working space in the concierge building.

The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, built in spacious wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. There would be space for a small desk too.

Rent is 805.5 not including bills. Bills have been between 110-150£ in total per month, and council tax comes at 162£ in total (might increase slightly from April). So an additional 136-156ish each on top of the rent. You will have the ensuite.

We have a small fish tank (lockdown purchase with a former flatmate) so hope you'll be okay with that, it's in the living room. There’s also a lot of plants. Flat is on the 4th floor and we get lots of light.

If you need parking, there is secure underground parking in the building, at an additional cost of £175 per month. There are also a lot of car parks nearby which are probably cheaper.

A bit about me - I’m an architect, work in the office most of the days, don’t cook a lot and I am very sociable, easy going and enjoy going out for food but also love quiet nights in or having friends over from time to time. I'm very organised and tidy (think Monica from Friends), and love travelling so would like to live with someone like-minded who is sociable but also enjoys their own space, and has a similar lifestyle to mine. No smokers or vapers, no pets, no couples, please don’t take it personally, but it just wouldn't work.
