The flat is on the 32nd floor at Bankside at Colliers Yard which is a 5 minute walk from the Arndale. The building has lots of amenities such as co working spaces, decent gym, outdoor area, podcast studio & games room as well as 24/7 concierge.
The room available is the one pictured with your own separate bathroom & I’d say bills will be about £200 each a month on average. I can send a video of the room as well if needed & a 360 tour of the flat, let me know if you have any more questions 🫶
If parking is needed, there’s a multi storey car park about 5 minutes away.
