Room to Rent in Manchester City Centre!

Hi! I'm looking for someone who's looking for a room in Manchester City Centre to replace my current flatmate for a year from April 2026.

The Flat is located on Oxford Road in the City Centre and sits about a 15 minute walk away from Piccadilly Gardens. Asda, Tesco, Spar, Post Office, Buses and Restaurants all minutes walk away!

The Flat has a great view with a balcony, two Bedrooms, a spacious Living Room and Kitchen as well as a Bathroom with both Bath and Shower. The Bedroom is decently sized and comes with a large Bed, Wardrobe, Desk, etc.

Rent is £600 each per month before Bills which usually come to somewhere beneath £200 a month, including Council Tax which is band D. The Agency that looks after the apartment have been great to us so far too, we've had no issues and repairs/maintenance has been swift and communication strong.

I'm a 25-year-old male from the North-East looking for someone friendly, a bit nerdy who's clean and responsible and I'll try to be the same! I'm particularly into a bunch of nerdy stuff like Marvel Comics, Doctor Who, Dungeons and Dragons, that kind of thing. I'm also fairly extroverted, neurodivergent and queer.

During my work days I'm not in the apartment much at all as I work long shifts so for around half the week the apartment will be yours throughout the day.
