Summer 2026 Room Available

I'm currently living at Manchester Court student accommodation, but as I am moving home to Ireland at the end of this semester, I am looking for someone to take over my room for the summer months!
This is not a sub-let as the contract will be transferred to you via the letting agent. There is a possibility to renew for the following academic year.
The room is very spacious with working heater and no mold/dampness. There is a shared kitchen/living area in the flat which is shared with 3 other people (two men 21 and 24 and one female 23). It's rare that everyone is home at the same time so it never feels crowded.
There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
There is a washing machine in the kitchen. There is a (paid) car park and outdoor area for storage of bikes.
The building is in an ideal location, 10 mins walk from the arndale centre, market street and lively northern quarter. 5 mins from bus routes and Shudehill tram platform for further travelling.
