Double Room – Northern Quarter - ASAP

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a well-kept 2-bedroom flat in Northern Quarter. The room will be available from around 20th March / 21st April (flexible depending on referencing and landlord approval).

The room is a good-sized double with plenty of natural light and space for a desk if working from home. The flat has a shared kitchen and living area and is professionally managed.

You’ll be living with one other tenant who is friendly, respectful and keeps shared areas clean. We’re ideally looking for someone similar, tidy, easygoing and reliable.

Rent is £625 per month per tenant. Bills are around and approx £200 per month. Deposit is £675 per tenant. A £50 change of tenancy fee applies and landlord approval/referencing will be required.

Council Tax Band: Band D

Close to local shops, transport links and amenities as we're in the centre of Manchester
