Looking for flatmate for beautiful city flat

Looking for a friendly new flatmate for a great flat right by Gay village in the heart of Manchester. Current flatmate is moving out but this flat is too good to let go of so wanting to stay and find someone cool to take his place!

Room only available from May until December.

Most importantly looking for a chilled individual who me and my friends would get on with (Games nights etc). I work 9-5 full-time in a Mental health role, however sometimes work from home during the week. Ideal 'normal' week is watching films, having people round for dinner and listening to music. I'm a 24yr old male from Leeds into nature, music and martial arts.

Large double room available. Along with essentially your own bathroom to use. (My room has the ensuite). Large shared living space and a decent sized kitchen for two. High ceilings and a warm vibe.

Shared bills for water/gas/electric/wifi (Fluctuates p month) - Approx £95.
Council tax band E. (Shared - if you're a student would want to split this cost).
