Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a modern 2-bed flat in the city centre (M3). It’s a tenancy transfer from late-March until August, with some flexibility on move-in dates.

The flat:

• 2 bed, 2 bath – you’ll have your own bathroom
• 24-hour concierge
• Residents’ gym and spa facilities
• Modern open-plan kitchen/living space

Rent:
£700 per month+Bills roughly £80/month (usually less in summer) + Council Tax (Band D)

📅 Tenancy
• Available from late-March until August
• Official tenancy transfer
• Move-in date can be discussed

Location:
• Right in the city centre – 5–10 mins walk to Selfridges and Arndale.
• 8 mins to the tram.
• Sainsbury’s and Pilates Studio are literally 2 minutes away.
• Everything you need is on your doorstep.

You’ll be sharing with one female professional, clean, respectful and easy-going. Looking for someone similar who’s tidy and considerate. It’s a quiet flat, so probably best suited to a working professional rather than someone who hosts lots of parties.
