Lovely Double-room in central | Own bathroom

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a clean, easy-going and respectful girl to share a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment right by Manchester Picadilly. The available room is non-ensuite but comes with your own private bathroom.

It is 5 minutes to Piccadilly Station & Ancoats, so tons of supermarkets nearby. Puregym and Aldi is 10 minutes away.

The flat has a spacious living room and open kitchen to share — great natural light and a comfortable layout.

Some of the furniture in the bedroom photo belongs to the former tenant but the essentials will remain: bed, wardrobe, storage units etc.

Monthly rent is £650, and bills are £200 per person per month (incl. council tax). *If monthly bills exceed the amount, additional cost will be split between us but I haven’t seen this situation.

About me: I work full-time (office-based most days) in mkt. I enjoy occasional chats/brunch/coffee but I also really respect personal space. I’m into travelling, trying to stick to gym and cooking, and I keep shared spaces clean and clutter-free.

I’m looking for someone similar — professional female, responsible with bills, tidy, and considerate. Current flatmate’s sadly moving away end of March, but move-in date’s a bit flexible.
