Hi there,
My flatmate is moving out on the 22nd of April, and I'm looking for someone to take his room!
The Flat:
- Large living room/kitchen area
- third floor in a modern tower block
- facing away from the street with some god-tier insulation so it's very quiet
- Decent storage space in the cupboards
The Building:
- Gym
- Cafe/Co-working space downstairs
- Cinema nook thing
- 24h concierge
- A Tesco right outside the doorstep
- Minutes walk away from town
- Maintenance staff are super fast and respond to any issues usually within a day
The Bills:
- Council tax: 107.40
- electric ~70
- water ~10 (I need to double check this)
-> so total rent and bills averages out around 1000
About me:
- I'm a 30-year-old Scottish Software Developer for a holiday lets company. Only moved to Manchester about 6 months ago, so still exploring zipping/mincing about the city, trying new things and making new pals.
- I love cycling, gaming, dance, the gym, LGBT+ culture, drag, languages and a trip to the pub for a pint and few rounds of cards.
- My job is hybrid, with 2 days a week in the office.
- I enjoy the classic middle ground of letting people have their space but inviting each other out to events/parties/the pub or watching shows together/playing games together when in the mood :)
- Ideally looking for someone who doesn't work from home much.
Viewings:
- I wfh Mon/Tues/Fri, so those days are preferable for viewings/quick chat. Can also find sometime at the weekends too :)
