City Centre Room to Rent - £625+ bills

Hi, I’m Jack, and me and my flatmate Paddy have a room available in our flat in a great city centre location, just a short walk from pretty much everything including shops, bars, restaurants and Salford central train station too.
The flat has a big open living room, and one of the best parts is the balcony overlooking the river, which gets loads of sun when the weather’s good. The building also has a gym, which is really handy.
A bit about us; Paddy manages a bar and I work in sales. We’re both pretty sociable but also hardworking, so the flat has a relaxed, friendly vibe but it’s not a constant party house either.
The room is £625 a month, plus bills and council tax, which is a really good price for the location.
The bedroom available gets plenty of natural light with a large window. It’s a decent size that you can see on the picture fits the current persons huge desk.
