Looking for 1 person to take over tenancy for the next 4 months as soon as possible due to me relocating for work (it renews again in mid August!)
The flat itself is large and spacious with high ceilings. It’s on the first floor and has its own patio/terrace area which is rare in the city centre, and great in the summer.
The building (Anaconda Cut) is a dream - the rent includes access to the gym, co-working spaces, free coffee, a cinema room and a 24hr concierge who are super helpful.
