Looking for a flatmate to fill a room from April 12th!
It’s a 4th floor flat in northern quarter and really central - just a few minutes walk to the Arndale and shudehill tram stop. The building has lots of amenities - gym, co working spaces, cinema etc and 24hr staff on reception. There is parking in the building and other car parks nearby
The room is £775 per month and bills come to around £150, you will be sharing a bathroom. We’d both love to live with someone tidy and friendly who’s up for a drink or brunch on the weekend! We both work typical 9-5 mon-Fri and do a mix of wfh and office days.
