Room for rent in 2 bed flat central manchester

my flatmate is moving out 11th June and so ideally looking for someone to take over her room in a 2 bed flat, it is £750 plus bills with own bathroom. flat is furnished too with a co working area and gym. I would be open to looking at other flats close by but more as a last resort and would prefer to stay here. I live just by Manchester Victoria and would like to be (ancoats/green quarter way). I enjoy socialising with friends but also enjoy my own time. I would like to become friends with my flatmate and do things together, whilst also respecting eachothers private space. I have a small friendly cat named Missy (who acts more like a dog), so would need be okay with this :) looking for someone with similar interests, just drop me a message if you’d like to know anything else - im keen to get someone secured as soon as I can.
