Hi! I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my ensuite room at Mill Point, Manchester. This is a 4 month short term lease with the potential to extent to a long term lease starting from September 2026 academic year.

📍 Location: Mill Point, Manchester - near Manchester Piccadilly Station and Manchester city centre. Close to grocery shops and local stores. Only a 14-minute walk to Manchester Metropolitan University.

🛏 Room Type: Ensuite room (private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet). Kitchen is shared.

🏡 Flatmates: Very friendly and respectful. They keep the kitchen very clean regularly and are great to live with.

Student Only: You must be a student to live here.

Rent: £202 per week (all bills included)

No deposit required

Move-in date: 5th May
Contract ends: 5th September 2026 (however it can be arranged with the Mill Point team to extend the tenancy for the next academic year)

The accommodation offers a great student environment in a central location, perfect for uni and city life. There is a common room where fun events are often organised with free food and drinks, laundry rooms are provided. Wi-Fi is also free provided by the accommodation.
