Hi there! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a modern 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in Oxygen Tower, Manchester, as I’ll be moving in with a friend instead.

The flat is in a great location, just a short walk from Piccadilly Station, with easy access to the city centre, Northern Quarter, and transport links across Manchester.

The apartment is fully furnished and features an open-plan kitchen and living area, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony with views over Manchester and the Etihad Stadium. The building also has excellent amenities including a gym, swimming pool, spa, sauna, cinema room, and a games area. Parking is available on request.

I’m looking for someone to take over from 1 May 2026 until 30 August 2026. After this, there is the option to speak with the landlord about extending the tenancy if you wish to stay longer.

Bills come to around £120 per month.
