Flatmate Needed, Room for Rent City Center

Hello,
Im looking for a flatmate to replace my current flatmate that is moving out at the end of may (27th).
It’s a 1 bed apartment, you’ll have your own bathroom and shared communal space.

The location is ideal—just a 5-minute walk into town, with shops, restaurants, and transport links all nearby.

Referencing Process

To begin referencing, a £50 administration fee must be paid into the same account used for rent payments. Once paid, please provide:
• Proof of £50 payment (a screenshot is fine)
• New tenant’s full name, email address, and UK mobile number
• Agreed move-in date (ideally aligned with the rent due date for a smooth transition) this would be end of May. Rent is due on the 21st of each month.

Referencing criteria:
The tenant must be in full-time employment
No adverse credit history (e. g. CCJs)
Minimum annual income of 30x their rent share (e. g. £800 x 30 = £24,000 per annum)

Rent & Bills
• Rent excludes bills
• Deposit: £836.53 (paid to my flatmate, as it won’t be returned until August)

As a guide, I currently pay £888 per month including all bills. And around 90 pounds more for council tax.
When you move in, accounts will need to be transferred or set up:
• WiFi: £13/month paid to me
• Energy: currently paid from my flatmate account, with me transferring her
• Other bills: set up individually in your name

Parking is available in the building, but all spaces are currently taken. You may be able to arrange one privately with another resident.

I’m Josephine I’m 26 years old, I work part time in retail (VM), and a part time stylist.
I’m chill, I love working out most of my time I’m in the gym or working.
Love going for coffe dates or even girls night out to eat and look pretty. (But I’m done with the partying era lol)
I’m looking for someone clean PLEASE🙏🏾 someone that cleans after them and don’t mind to split chores with cleaning. Someone that ok with sharing things in the communal area and is respectful. Preferred a girl that also don’t smoke.
I don’t expect us to be besties but it will be nice to chill sometimes together watch tv or maybe even cook together but also respect each others privacy 🙏🏾
