City centre flat/double en suite room available

Hey, looking for a new flatmate!

The flat is located in-between the Green Quarter and Ancoats, two min walk to Ramona/Mackie Mayor. It’s really nice, cosy, all furnished (comes with installed bar 😅) and super close (5-10 min walk) to the city centre, Northern Quarter, Victoria Train station and Shudehill bus station.

My current flatmate is moving out to get a place with her sister. The room comes with a double bed, 1 bedside table and an ensuite bathroom – toilet, sink and shower. The building has a lift and accessible access.

My name is Roberto (for real) and I’m looking for a laid-back, easy going flatmate that enjoys socialising, good conversation and days/nights out. My last three flatmates have been women, and I’m looking to keep that the same. I love going out for coffee, drinks, dinner, seeing a concert, going to art galleries, exploring surroundings, playing piano, watching live sport and everything in between (definitely includes nights in watching good TV). I enjoy getting to know new people and having a laugh with them - I get on with everyone and making others happy is what keeps me happy! If you’re new to the city, I also double as a great tour guide and come with industry discount for a lot of bars!

The rent will be £700, and bills are currently around £250 each, so £950 in total, council band D. Still fairly in-line or just below market average. Let me know if you’re interested!
