I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a beautiful, modern room on the 15th floor of a high-rise apartment as I am moving to London for work.

This is an all-girls flat, so we’re looking for someone who’s friendly, easy-going, and considerate that will fit into our relaxed, welcoming home environment.

You’ll be living with lovely, respectful girls who value cleanliness and a calm atmosphere. There’s also a super cute cat who lives here (belongs to one of the girls) – he mostly keeps to himself but is a nice little bonus if you like animals!

💸 Costs: 
Rent, bills, and council tax come to around £900 per month in total

Perfectly located between Salford and Manchester city centre – only a 5-minute walk into town and Spinningfields.

Salford Central station is just 2 minutes away, so it’s ideal for commuting.
