The room is a small double but very spacious, with its own private en-suite bathroom including a shower. Located on the 6th floor so a lovely sunset! There’s plenty of storage, making it ideal for keeping everything organised and comfortable. No council tax as its student accomodation! And all bills included with rent.
The flat is perfectly located just a 3-minute walk from Piccadilly Station, around 10 minutes into the city centre, and about 20 minutes from Deansgate. Manchester Met campus is also within easy reach at roughly a 15-minute walk. Public transport links are excellent, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.
The flatmates are genuinely friendly and easy to get along with, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There are on-site laundry facilities, parking is available, and the accommodation team are very helpful if you ever need support.
Great option for students wanting a convenient, central place to live in Manchester.
